In all cases, the request covers the period 1 January 2019 till 20 December 2019.

We refer to your e-mail dated 20/12/2019 in which you make a request for
access to documents, registered on 23/12/2019 under the above mentioned
reference number.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires today on 23/01/2020.

An extended time limit is needed as your application

 

·         the application concerns a large number of documents;

·         in order to retrieve the documents requested, large files have
to be examined;

·         (part of) the documents requested originate from third parties
which have been consulted;

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
