Expenses for Commissions Organisation Changes through Cabinet Juncker

La demande est partiellement réussie.

Dear Secretariat General,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

When Jean Claude Juncker took over as Head of the EU Commission there was a change in the Organisation.

Still there are 28 commissioners. Also there were Vice Presidents before. Nevertheless an additional coordination level was implemented:

Cabinet of First Vice-President Frans TIMMERMANS - Better Regulation, Inter-Institutional Relations, the Rule of Law and the Charter of Fundamental Rights
Cabinet of High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President Federica MOGHERINI
Cabinet of Vice-President Kristalina GEORGIEVA - Budget and Human Resources
Cabinet of Vice-President Andrus ANSIP - Digital Single Market
Cabinet of Vice-President Maroš ŠEFCOVIC - Energy Union
Cabinet of Vice-President Valdis DOMBROVSKIS - Euro and Social Dialogue
Cabinet of Vice-President Jyrki KATAINEN - Jobs, Growth, Investment and Competitiveness
http://europa.eu/whoiswho/public/index.c...

Therefore I would kindly like to know:
(1) was there an increase in the number of people ?
(2) was there an increase in the summarized income and pension provisions ?
(3) as a detailed question, when Michael Shotter (UK Citizen) came into the Cabinet Juncker is he working as an additional person or who moved out ?
(4) What happened to Catherine Day as it was reported that she works for the Cabinet Juncker ?

(5) How can i get to know the people movements/changes within the europa.eu/whoiswho over the past years ? Either on papers or via Web-Program or electrionic data

Yours faithfully,

Klaus Zinser

Dear EC ARES NOREPLY, Dear Mr. Weizenbach,

except #3 all my questions have been answered.

Your answer:
"(3) as a detailed question, when Michael Shotter (UK Citizen) came into the Cabinet Juncker is he working as an additional person or who moved out ?
.. As regards, your query concerning Mr Michael Shotter and his post in Cabinet Juncker, I
would like to remind you that the information you request contains elements which
constitute personal data within the meaning of Article 2(a) of Regulation (EC) No 45/2001."

Is different from what I has asked. I wanted to know, has the previous colleague of Martin Selmayr, Mr Michael Shotter, been put on an existing position or was there an additional post when Mr Shotter left his previous position as head of DG JUST Civil Justice Policy ?

There was some information on the press:
http://www.express.co.uk/news/politics/6...
"German Martin Selmayr - who runs the European Union’s commission in the absence of Mr Juncker, was blasted by furious officials over the promotion of British civil servant Michael Shotter.
The EU leader’s cabinet is now without an Italian following the resignation last month of Carlo Zadra, a senior legal adviser, in charge of political direction of the commissions."

So, when Mr Shotter joined the Cabinet Juncker, Mr Zadra was still there. Has there been an increase of people when Mr Shotter came into the cabinet Juncker ? (I am aware, afterwards when Mr Zadra has left there was a reduction of one person).

Yours sincerely,

Klaus Zinser
