Dear European Data Protection Supervisor,

Many thanks - I hereby confirm receipt of your response letter and the disclosed documents.

Yours sincerely,

Luisa Izuzquiza

Luisa Izuzquiza

Dear European Data Protection Supervisor,

Thank you for your response. Could you please confirm whether this implies that, taking into account the scope of my initial request, the only document the EDPS holds regarding interactions with Facebook is this e-mail chain?

In particular, the e-mails suggest a meeting between Facebook representatives and EDPS officials might have taken place in April 2018. Could the EDPS confirm whether this meeting took place, and, if so, if it holds documents that contain:
- date, individuals attending and organisational affiliation, as well as the issues discussed in this meeting;
- all minutes and other reports of this meeting; and/or
- all documents prepared for the purpose of the meeting and/or exchanged during the course of the meeting.

Thank you in advance.

Yours sincerely,

Luisa Izuzquiza

Luisa Izuzquiza

Dear European Data Protection Supervisor,

Please note that my message of 2 April was not a confirmatory application, but rather a request for a clarification in regards to your initial response. I was therefore not filing an appeal; I just wanted to make sure that the documents you included in your response were indeed the only documents you hold falling under the scope of my request.

Thank you in advance.

Yours sincerely,

Luisa Izuzquiza
