Final trilogues CO2 cars vans

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- All documents - including but not limited to emails, papers, non-papers, compromise proposals, minutes, reports and 4-column tables - related to the third, fourth, and final trilogue meetings between the Parliament and the Council on the proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the council setting emission performance standards for new passenger cars and for new light commercial vehicles as part of the Union's integrated approach to reduce CO2 emissions from light-duty vehicles and amending Regulation (EC) No 715/2007
- The political compromise agreed at the fifth trilogue
When you consider my request, I would like to ask you to specifically take note of the recent 'De Capitani v European Parliament' ruling of the Court of Justice of the EU.

Dear Mr Teffer,
Further to your application seeking public access to the documents related
to the third, fourth, and fifth and final trilogue meetings concerning the
Regulation proposal on emission performance standards for new passenger
cars and for new light commercial vehicles as well as to the political
compromise agreed at the fifth trilogue, Parliament has identified five

accordance with 'De Capitani v European Parliament' Judgment of the
General Court, are the following:
