Funding for and Dialogue with LGBTI Civil Society Organizations in Tunisia

Dear Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

As part of my research for a university paper (European Studies in Maastricht) concerning the European Neighbourhood policy, I am investigating the promotion and protection of LGBTI rights, as set out in the Guidelines to Promote and Protect the Enjoyment of all Human Rights by Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex (LGBTI) Persons from 2013, in Tunisia by the EU. The Commission's Annual Reports on the List of Actions to advance LGBTI equality from 2018 mentions, regarding the ENP, that
1. LGBTI rights are brought up in human rights dialogues - is there any documentation of this?
2. the EU provided financial assistance to civil society organizations to combat discrimination against LGBTI people
3. the Commission provided regional support to promote and protect the rights of LGBTI people in this geographical area (namely the Southern Neighbourhood).

Hence, I would highly appreciate if you could send me any documents
(1) containing concrete documentation of LGBTI rights being brought up in human rights dialogues,
(2) listing organizations dealing with LGBTI rights in Tunisia which get financial support from the EU (and how much they get), other kinds of support from the EU, or interact with the EU regularly,
(3) showing statistics regarding evaluations of the EU's actions on LGBTI rights in Tunisia or showing the effectiveness of its action.

Anything from any of these three points would be extremely helpful! Thank you in advance for your consideration and efforts.

Yours faithfully,
Talea Grootenhuis

Dear Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations,

sorry about that, I was quite confused about which data to enter since it said not to mention any private details in the request and there were no fields to enter my postal address. How should I send it to you? Just through a reply such as this? Or should I file a new request through the link you sent me?
Thank you for your help.

Yours faithfully,
