Geo-blocking regulation

Nous attendons Tomas Mahala de lire la réponse récent et mettre à jour le statut.

Dear Trade,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1. Where can I report companies that are violating Geo-blocking regulation?
2. Geo-blocking regulation is in force in EU from november 2018, but major companies like google (https://store.google.com/), Amazon and etc, still restrict access to web pages and products. From Slovakia I can not access Google store (https://store.google.com/) and I can not buy products (phone), because they refuse to ship to address in Slovakia. Is this illegal? If yes, what can I do about it?

Yours faithfully,

Tomas Mahala
