The list should include the names of the individuals and organisations attending; the date; the place; and any agendas / minutes / notes produced.

Dear Ms Martí,
I refer to your email of 28 February 2019, registered on 1 March 2019, by
which you submit a confirmatory application in accordance with Article
7(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European
Parliament, Council and Commission documents[6]^[1] ("Regulation (EC) No
1049/2001").
We have finalised our internal assessment regarding your application.
However, an extended time limit is required because the final decision
still needs to be approved by our hierarchy.
Therefore, we are not in a position to reply to your confirmatory request
within the prescribed time limit expiring on 22 March 2019. Consequently,
we have to extend this period by another 15 working days in accordance
with Article 8(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001. The new deadline
expires on 12 April 2019.
However, I can assure you that we are doing our utmost to provide you with
a final reply within the next 15 working days. I regret this additional
delay and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Yours sincerely,
María OLIVÁN AVILÉS
