Dear Mr Wallis,

Thank you for your email. In response to your question about the field
'requested documents', please note that if you do not have a precise
document identifier you can also fill in a description of the documents
you are looking for. Please try to be as precise as possible since this
very much facilitates the treatment of your request. In the event that the
request is not sufficiently precise we may contact you and ask you to
clarify your request. Please also note that with an access to documents
request you can only request existing documents; it is not for requesting
the creating of a new document.

Best regards,

DG Connect – ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS TEAM
