Dear Ms Prtoric,

We refer to your two requests dated 20/11/2019 in which you make a request
for access to documents, registered on the same day under the above
mentioned reference number.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expired on 12/12/2019.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 20/12/2019.

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'HUa'.

By law, the authority should normally have responded promptly and handled my application within 15 working days, which expired on 12/12/2019.

At the time, I was informed that the time limit will be extended with 15 working days in accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents.

However, the new time limit expired on 20/12/2019, and I haven't ever since received no explanations nor information about the new time limit.

I, therefore, hope that my request will be processed without any further delays and would urge you to deliver me the requested documents as soon as possible.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/hua

Yours faithfully,

Jelena Prtoric

Dear Ms Prtoric,

We refer to your two requests dated 20/11/2019 in which you make a request
for access to documents, registered on the same day under the above
mentioned reference number.

In our reply of 13 December 2019, we made a mistake in the calculation of
the new time limit. Our apologies for this error. The new date, taking
into account the Commission holidays between 24 December 2019 and 2
January 2020 is 14 January 2020 (and not 20 December 2019 as indicated in
the original email).

We are sorry for this mistake and apologize for any inconveniences caused.

Yours sincerely,
