Indonesian palm oil lobby

La demande est partiellement réussie.

Dear DG Environment,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am submitting a request for documents on behalf of Friends of the Earth Europe.
The requests concerns documents (such as agendas, Commission briefing papers and minutes) that relate to meetings as well as correspondence (such as emails, letters, faxes) between Commissioner Karmenu Vella, Members of his cabinet, DG Environment members of staff, and the following:
- Indonesian Embassy in Brussels
- Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Indonesian Ministry of Trade
- Indonesian Ministry of Industry
- Indonesian negotiation team for the EU-Indonesia free trade agreement, CEPA

concerning:
- The revision of the renewable energy directives
- Commission response to resolution 2016/2222 of the European Parliament
- EU-Indonesian free trade negotiations for CEPA (in as far as they relate to palm oil)

since January 1st, 2016.

Please produce the documents on a rolling basis. At no point should the search for - or deliberations concerning - certain documents delay the production of others that have already retrieved and eligible for disclosure. In the event this application relates to a very large number of documents, we are open to confer informally with a view to finding a fair solution within the prescribed time limits.

Should you need further information please do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Katie Hodgetts
