Dear Mr Kenneth Haar,

We refer to your communication of 4 February 2021 in which you make a
request for access to documents, registered under the above mentioned
reference number.

Your application is currently being processed. However, we will not be in
a position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 25 February 2021.

An extended time limit is needed as we are currently processing a high
number of requests.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 18 March 2021.

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yours faithfully,

My apologies. A technical glitch on my side. Yes indeed, the document is included.

Dear CAGNONI Guido,

Thank you for your help with the request, labelled GESTDEM 2021/0576.
While reading the documents I came across a reference in document no. 11 to a study presented at a meeting with EFPIA on IP provisions in trade agreements. Said study does not appear to be included in the batch.

Can you clarify?

Yours sincerely,

Kenneth Haar
