Information on effects of Directed Energy Weaponry and MISO

Nous attendons Alexander Dobre de lire les réponses récentes et mettre à jour le statut.

Dear European Defence Agency,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Hello I am interested in any information with regard to effects of MISO with regard to Czech policy on Microwave weaponry or non lethal microwave emissions manufactured in the Czech Republic and the consequences of intending to use MISO as microwave or ELF (Extremely or Extra Low Microwave Frequency emissions ) pollution .

I am specifically interested in what means I could use to measure unlawful microwave emissions in the context of directed pollution entering my property which include field generation outside of generic technology saving that technology may manifest Extremely low frequency emissions outside of the legal limit (whereby harm was intended and that such harm was intended to effect happiness ,enjoyment of home ,racial and social biology and social biology and evolution or distinction as a form of South African or Czech behaviour entering my property and effecting my right to enjoyment and use of property including that such microwaves may have been used for distinct white race inheritance or to cause a system of normal offence against property home and create a normalcy of autonomous offences by a neighbour .

Additionally what kind of satellite or other detection may I buy or hire to detect MISO or Microwave pollution entering my property which would not show up with any ordinary field generation detection and encapsulate for primitive or offensive purposes ?

Yours faithfully,

Alexander Dobre

ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS, Agence européenne de défense

Dear Sir,

We refer to your email of 23 February 2021, wherein you submit an access to documents request under the provisions of Regulation 1049/2001.

After examination of your request, it has been determined that your request is rather a request for information than an access to documents request. Requests for information are handled under the provisions of Article 10 of EDA Code of Good Administrative Behaviour: https://www.eda.europa.eu/docs/default-s...

Considering your request, it is deemed noteworthy to provide some insight regarding the Agency and its mission.

The European Defence Agency (EDA) is an agency set up under the Treaty on European Union under the authority of the Council of the European Union. Currently, 26 countries - all EU Member States except Denmark - participate in EDA. EDA's role is to support the Member States and the Council in their effort to improve European defence capabilities. The tasks of the Agency are set out in Article 5 of Council Decision (CFSP) 2015/1835 of 12 October 2015 defining the statute, seat and operational rules of the European Defence Agency. See: https://www.eda.europa.eu/docs/default-s... You can learn more about EDA's mission here: https://eda.europa.eu/Aboutus/Missionand... and in general about EDA on the Agency's website: https://www.eda.europa.eu/

In light of the above, please note that your request on the effects of MISO with regard to Czech policy on Microwave weaponry or non lethal microwave emissions manufactured in the Czech Republic and the consequences of intending to use MISO as microwave or ELF (Extremely or Extra Low Microwave Frequency emissions ) pollution, is out of the scope of EDA's activities and, as a result, we have no information under the scope of your request.

Yours sincerely,
