Dear Migration and Home Affairs,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- Information on whether Member States have complied with the obligation to set up monitoring committees for AMIF, BMVI, ISF and ESF+ funding programmes under Article 38 of Regulation 2021/1060; and information on the composition of those monitoring committees in each Member State for each of the mentioned funding programme.

- Approved national programmes under the current budgetary period for AMIF, BMVI and ISF, or a link to a website where such national programmes can be consulted.

Yours faithfully,
Chiara Catelli

Dear HOME ACCESS DOCUMENTS,

Thank you so much for your prompt response.

I understand your point as regards the first part of my request, but I would still kindly ask you to consider the second part, as I believe it fits the purpose of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 that applies to existing documents.

Particularly, I am referring to the following point requesting access to:

Approved national programmes under the current budgetary period for AMIF, BMVI and ISF, or a link to a website where such national programmes can be consulted.

Yours sincerely,

Chiara Catelli

Dear Ms Catelli,

Thank you for your request for information.

Please find below the replies to your questions:

1° Information on whether Member States have complied with the obligation
to set up monitoring committees for AMIF, BMVI, ISF and ESF+ funding
programmes under Article 38 of Regulation 2021/1060; and information on
the composition of those monitoring committees in each Member State for
each of the mentioned funding programme.

Monitoring Committees are being established under all Home Affair Funds’
programmes in accordance with Article 38(1) of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060.

Article 39(1) of the same Regulation, provides that the list of the
members of the monitoring committees shall be published by the Member
States on the website where information on programmes under their
respective responsibility is available, covering the programme’s
objectives, activities, available funding opportunities and achievements.

You are kindly invited to refer to such national websites to retrieve
information about the composition of the monitoring Committees and the
content of the adopted programmes. Please take into consideration that
each Member State has up to six months from the decision approving the
programme to comply with the obligation to make the above-mentioned
information publicly available. Therefore in some cases this might not
have happened, yet.

2° Approved national programmes under the current budgetary period for
AMIF, BMVI and ISF, or a link to a website where such national programmes
can be consulted.

All the funds are described in this subsite:

Kind regards,
