Dear European Data Protection Board,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, I request documents that contain any inputs expressed by the Members of the Board, including the Commission and national supervisory authorities, in the discussions about and drafting of EDPB Document 06/2021 on the practical implementation of amicable settlements.
This request for documents includes, but is not limited to, different drafts or suggested amendments to this document minutes; notes, whether hand written or typed; e-mails or other correspondence or discussions, including by video or telephone; publications; reports; presentations; and policy papers.
I would very much appreciate your assistance in this matter.

Dear colleagues,
Please note that I submitted my request on 17 March.
Faithfully,

Dear Mr Ryan,
We refer to your email dated 17/03/2022 in which you made a request for access to documents, registered on 23/03/2022 under reference number 2022/27.
Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a position to complete the handling of your application within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires today (13/04/2022).
An extended time limit is needed, as your application covers a considerable number of documents for whose identification and assessment we need more time, due to the high amount of cases currently being dealt with by our team, and the resources currently available.
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit for another 15 working days in accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents. The new deadline expires on 9 May 2022.
We apologize for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
Yours sincerely,
On behalf of
Ventsislav Karadjov, deputy chair of the EDPB
Dear Mr. Ryan,
Following our email below of 13 April, we would like to kindly correct the indicated deadline for reply. Since the EDPB offices will be closed on the 9th May, the last day for reply is the 10th May 2022, and not the 9th, as previously indicated.
Please accept our apologies for this mistake and for any inconvenience it may have caused.
Best regards,
The EDPB Secretariat
