Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- the letter dated 18 April 2019, co-signed by Mr LANGE and Mr BROK, co-negotiators on paragraph 40 of the Inter-institutional Agreement on Better Law-Making, on the state of play of the negotiations (PE636.709/CPG and annexes), including annexes

The above document is mentioned in the minutes of the Conference of Presidents meeting of 30 June 2019, and therefore should be made public "in principle" according to the resolutions adopted on 28 April 2016 and 14 September 2017.

Dear Mr Teffer,

 

The time limit to reply to your application A(2019)9160, expires at the
end of this day, 12 August 2019. However, internal consultations on your
application are still ongoing, and the decision on your application is
still being considered. As a consequence, Parliament feels compelled to
hereby extend the time limit to reply by 15 working days, in accordance
with  Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049.
