Dear European Parliament,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of European Parliament's handling of my FOI request 'Internal audit report 2013'.

I filed my request in November 2014. You asked for an mail address, which I then provided. Since then, complete silence. Why?

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/inter...

Yours faithfully,

Nikolaj Nielsen

Dear Mr Nielsen,

with email of 14 November 2014 (see below) you informed us about your
postal address. We have sent our answer as registered letter with
acknowledgement of receipt on the same day.

Unfortunately the letter was returned to us on 4 December 2014 with the
note by the Belgian postal services: "Lettre non reclamée", i.e. the
letter was not claimed by the person to whom it had been addressed.

Please see the scanned slip from the Belgian postal services in attach.

The letter is with the European Parliament. Please let us know whether you
are still interested in it and in case provide us with a valid postal
address.

We would then send it for a second time. But please be aware that this
will again incur costs for us.
