Dear European Police Office,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, and specified in Article 65 of the Europol Regulation 2016/794 of 11 May 2016 and in the Management Board decision implementing rules of 13 December 2016, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- all the referrals of internet content (the referral itself and any related documents) issued by the EU Internet Referral Unit (EU IRU) as per Article 4, paragraph 1. (m) of the Europol Regulation in the calendar year 2019 and the responses received for each referral from online service providers.
- all the referrals of internet content channeled by EU Member States via the EU IRU system (as described page 5 of the 2018 EU Internet Referral Unit Transparency Report) in the calendar year 2019.
- any internal document containing the number of referrals that led to content removal by online service providers.
- any internal document containing the number of referrals that did not lead to content removal by online service providers.
- any internal document containing the number of referrals for which online service providers did not inform about their decision to remove or not the content identified.
