Irish implementation of Article 24 of the services directive

La demande est réussie.

Dear Competition,

Dear Competition (COMP),

The Competition directive is believed to have raised concerns with the Irish Department of Justice and Equality and the Irish Department of Jobs, Enterprise and innovation regarding the implementation of Article 24 of the Services Directive (Directive 2006/123/EC), addressing restrictions on commercial communications in the regulated professions.

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as
developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which
contain the following information:

Any and all communications between the competition directive and;

The Irish Competition Authority;
The Irish Government;
The Law Society of Ireland;
Any other statutory body of the Irish State;

relating to Article 24 of the Services Directive.

Also; Any and all communications between the competition directive
and any other EU body relating to Ireland's implementation of same section of the Services Directive set out above.

Yours faithfully,

Simon McGarr
