Dear European Commission,

I am writing to request information under the provisions of the EU’s regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents.

Please provide me with the following information:

1.- A comprehensive list of all the items provided to Rwanda in the framework of the €20m assistance measure approved by the European Council and funded through the European Peace Facility mechanism.

2.- A comprehensive list of all the items provided to the Mozambican Armed forces in the framework of the €89m assistance measure approved by the European Council and funded through the European Peace Facility mechanism.

3.- A comprehensive list of all the items provided to the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Mission in Mozambique (SAMIM) in the framework of the €15m assistance measure approved by the European Council and funded through the European Peace Facility mechanism.

I would appreciate if you could provide the requested information in electronic format, if possible.

Also, I would like to clarify that I prefer you produce the documents on a rolling basis. At no point should the Commission’s search for—or deliberations concerning—certain documents delay the production of others that the Commission has already retrieved and elected to produce.

In the event that my request is denied, please explain the denial or all deletions of the regulations that refer to specific exemptions. Also, I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to Article 4.6.

I reserve my right to appeal.

Please, confirm having received this application. I look forward to your reply within 15 business days, according to the regulation.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

Cécile Marchand (ARIA)
