Dear European Central Bank,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I would like to know the Joint supervisory team (JST) composition of Single supervisory mechanism (SSM) supervised banks (significant institutions (SI)).

I request this information since the inception of SSM (November 2014) for each SI bank on a quarterly/annual basis till the most current quarter/year (October 2018). For each SI bank, I need the following:

1. Bank Name
2. Quarter/year
3. Number of full time members/employees in JST in that year/quarter
4. Number of full time member in JST from ECB/SSM in that year/quarter
5. Number of full time member in JST from home National Competent Authority (NCA) in that year/quarter. By home I mean the NCA of the country of the bank. For example, Banca d'Italia for UniCredit S.p.A.
6. Number of full time member in JST from other National Competent Authorities (NCA) in that year/quarter. For example, members from all other NCAs except Banca d'Italia for UniCredit S.p.A.

Also, I request that you send me the information in an accessible format (.csv file, .txt, .xls, .xlsx). Please, contact me if you have any questions or suggestions regarding this application.

Yours faithfully,
Peter Benett
