JORA variables 2021-2024
Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All JORA variables between 1st September 2021 to date (January 2024).

Dear Frontex Transparency Office,
as stated above, I wish to receive all correspondence and documents related to this request via the online portal asktheeu.org. If there is a reason to reply only via PAD, please do explain it to me. In your PAD response, you asked me to narrow down my request, before confirming that my request is registered.
On 10/01/2024 15:41 Frontex Transparency Office wrote:
“Please note that your request concerns a timespan covering a number of years and involving a number of records. Therefore, we would like to kindly ask you to narrow down the scope of your application by specifying which period or periods you are interested in and involving what geographical location or locations.”
I would like to note that this request concerns only one record and is a follow-up request to the previous disclosure of JORA entries up until September 2021. I would like to receiver all entries thereafter, between 01.09.21 and 01.01.24.
Since the previous disclosure by Frontex had a timespan of up to 5 years, this timespan seems realistic. I do not see a need to narrow down the scope of my application further, since similar requests have been made without indicating a location.
