Judges' Financial & Conflict of Interest Policy

La réponse à cette demande est très en retard Cour de justice de l'Union européenne aurait déjà dû répondre à la demande (détails). Vous pouvez vous plaindre en Solliciter une révision interne .

Dear European Court of Justice,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1-/ European Union Judges' Conflict of Interest Policy (all courts)
2-/ Internet Link to Judges' declarations for conflict of interest, financial interest, independence, similar to this declaration by President of European Commission http://ec.europa.eu/commission_2010-2014... and other 27 commissioners, available at http://ec.europa.eu/commission_2010-2014...

Members of the European Parliament are required to update their declaration of financial interests every year. Their declarations are included in the public register kept by the Quaestors. The register is public and may be consulted by anyone in Parliament's three places of work (Strasbourg, Luxembourg and Brussels) via the Internet on the MEP's page in the online register.

I would like to consult Declarations of judges of the EU.
I noticed that one judge has a quality as temporary judge at one of the EU courts but also has a job at one agency abroad, being remunerated.
I cannot find his/her declaration for financial interests. Neither for conflict of interests.

3-/ I would like to access information on any exemptions granted to judges in respect of Article 20 of Fundamental Rights Charter of EU.
4-/ Who is eligible to have a place above the law?

Yours faithfully,

Mariano Delgado
