July 2010 - Study on the Feasibility of establishing a mechanism for the relocation of beneficiaries of international protection

Nous attendons Klaus Zinser de lire les réponses récentes et mettre à jour le statut.

Dear Migration and Home Affairs,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All existing documents that
- have been provided to,
- received from the organisation and people that prepared (and helped to prepare) the study:

'European Commission, Directorate-General Home Affairs Final report
July 2010
STUDY ON THE FEASIBILITY OF ESTABLISHING A MECHANISM FOR THE RELOCATION OF BENEFICIARIES OF INTERNATIONAL PROTECTION'
https://ec.europa.eu/home-affairs/sites/...

This includes all internal documents for ordering the study. It also includes the contract for this study.
It includes also all answered questionaires that have been received.

On page 1-16, Table 12: Density distribution at threshold of 1000 in the study it has been calculated that alone Germany who had a population of 82 Mio People can take in total 274 (more than 3 times more) people in the country. France would be able to take 486 Mio People.

I may remind that these stakeholders had been involved and that there must be documents from these workshop.

'Other stakeholders
Mr. Simon Busuttil - Member of the European Parliament

We refer to your e-mail dated 6/11/2018 in which you make a request for
