Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting access to:

All documents generated or received by EASO containing legal advice and/or an analysis of the legality of the trainings delivered to Libyan Coast Guard and Navy Officers carried out in the framework of the EUNAVFOR MED operation Sophia. I am interested in documents drawn up since 1 January 2016 to date.

documents generated or received by EASO, containing legal advice and/or an
analysis of the legality of the trainings delivered to Libyan Coast Guard
and Navy Officers, carried out in the framework of the EUNAVFOR MED
operation Sophia, drawn up since 1 January 2016 up till now.

We hereby acknowledge receipt of your application for access to documents,
which was processed and registered today under reference number 8299.

In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to
European Parliament, Council and Commission documents and Decision nº 6 of
the Management Board of EASO laying down practical arrangements regarding
public access to documents of EASO, your application will be handled
within 15 working days from the day of registration. The time limit will
expire on 24/1/2018. In case this time limit needs to be extended, you
will be informed in due course.
