Dear Justice (JUST),

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review (confirmatory application) of Justice (JUST)'s handling of my FOI request 'Letter MEP Patrizia Toia to VP Reding (adoptions Romania)'.

I hereby express my concern about the inadequate record keeping, as DG JUST has not been able to find the reply from Vice President Reding to a letter of MEP Patrizia Toia concerning intercountry adoption of Romanian children. This reply letter was referred to in this e-mail of DG JUST to Amici dell'Adozione:

"Esiste anche una risposta dell Vice Presidente Reding al Onorevole Patrizia Toia che tratta anche egualmente il tema delle adozioni in Romania"
http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/551/r...

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/lette...
