Letter of 2 of March 2020 Ares(2020)1307870

La demande est réussie.

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Letter of 2 of March 2020 with reference Ares(2020)1307870 concerning meeting between Vice-President Šefčovič and social partners, including Business Europe

A previous request has been made (GESTDEM RED 2021/1803: SG) where access to the letter was denied (it was provided but fully redacted) on the basis of "protection of privacy and integrity of the individual" because it contained names of non senior management staff.

Considering that the letter was fully redacted and assuming the document is not a list of names of non senior management, I request access to the letter where only relevant private information is redacted.

Yours faithfully,

Diogo Augusto
