Dear Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
On 17 May 2024, the European Commission gave a presentation to the Working Party on External Aspects of Asylum and Migration (EMWP) on issues dealing with a meeting with Libya held on 16 May.
