Lobby contacts on the retail investment strategy
Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1) Minutes of the following meetings, in which the retail investment strategy was discussed:
- Meeting of Valeria Miceli and Deutscher Sparkassen-und Giroverband (DSGV) on 20 April 2023
- Meeting of Valeria Miceli and Allianz on 2 March 2023
- Meeting of Valeria Miceli and GDV on 26 January 2023
2) A list of meetings since 1st November 2022 between officials from the Secretariat General with external stakeholders, in which the Retail Investments Strategy and in particular a potential ban on inducements was discussed. Officials excludes the Commission President and her Cabinet.
3) Correspondence since 1st November 2022 between Commission President von der Leyen, and/or her cabinet and/or officials from the Secretary General with external stakeholders regarding the Retail Investments Strategy and in particular a potential ban on inducements.
