- minutes of all lobby meetings held by DG GROW, since 24 June 2016 on Brexit and the article 50 negotiations on the UK's exit from the EU.

- any correspondence with lobbyists held by DG GROW, since 24 June 2016 on Brexit and the article 50 negotiations on the UK's exit from the EU.

My address is:

Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,

I find it wholly unacceptable that you acknowledge my request almost two weeks after it was submitted. Other DGs who were equally solicited responded within a day.

Therefore I am expecting the request to be dealt with sooner than the given date, and not to be even further delayed or obfuscated, or this will be taken to the Ombudsman for maladministration.

Yours faithfully,

Pascoe Sabido

Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Lobby meetings on Brexit'.

While a document was identified, "Flash on meeting with EUCOPE - ARES(2017)6227913", it was not disclosed due to it containing personal data.

As has happened many times previously, the DG GROW should be able to redact the personal data and provide the document.

Please do so.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/lobb...

Yours faithfully,

Pascoe Sabido
