Lobby meetings with Klaus-Dieter Borchardt
Dear Energy,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- Minutes and related correspondence (before and after) of all the lobby meetings of DG ENER Director Klaus-Dieter Borchardt from January 2016
As good administrative practice, this will likely require the meetings and their related documents to be indexed. Please provide this overview, which would also classify as a 'list' of all meetings held by DG ENER Director Klaus-Dieter Borchardt from January 2016. If this is the case, please can you ensure you include the date of each meeting, who was present (not just the organisation but also who was representing the organisation), and what the subject matter was.
Yours faithfully,
Pascoe Sabido

application 05/06/2018) and if affirmative, please provide detailed
information on the requested documents.
Best regards,

Dear Energy,
It is indeed similar to the request that you failed to respond to, and to which I subsequently submitted a confirmatory application.
Give the lack of general clarity over how long this process takes, I wanted to therefore resubmit the part of my request that was ignored.
If the confirmatory application is successful, then the information would already be available. If not - or it is heavily delayed, as with previous experiences - then this request should provide the information far more easily and quickly.
Yours faithfully,
Pascoe Sabido

Dear Mr Sabido,
Given that we have not yet received a reply to our request for
clarification sent on 28/06/2018 and given that you have received in the
meantime the decision of the European Commission on your confirmatory
application in GESTDEM 2018/1236, confirming that the European Commission

you are not pursuing the current request anymore.
