Lyon-Turin railway link
Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- all reports (and other notes) from meetings between the Secretariat General of the European Commission and Italian government's representatives, in which the Lyon-Turin railway link project was discussed.
- all correspondence (including emails and attachments) between the Secretariat General of the European Commission and representatives of the Italian government, which mentions the Lyon-Turin railway link project.
- all reports (and other notes) from meetings between the Secretariat General of the European Commission and other Departments/Executive Agencies of the Commission in which the Lyon-Turin railway link project was discussed.
- all correspondence (including emails and attachments) between the Secretariat General of the European Commission and other Departments/Executive Agencies of the Commission, which mentions the Lyon-Turin railway link project.
- all correspondence (including emails and attachments) between the Secretariat General of the European Commission and the European Court of Auditors in which the Lyon-Turin railway link project was discussed.
- all reports (and other notes) from meetings between the Secretariat General of the European Commission and the European Court of Auditors, in which the Lyon-Turin railway link project was discussed.
- all reports (and other notes) from meetings between the Secretariat General of the European Commission and representatives of Tunnel Euralpin Lyon Turin s.a.s (TELT)
- all correspondence (including emails and attachments) between the Secretariat General of the European Commission and representatives of Tunnel Euralpin Lyon Turin s.a.s (TELT)
My request concerns the period from January 2018 to the present day.

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Thank you for your response. In order to accomodate your request for clarification and for narrowing down the scope of my request, I am excluding those aspects of my request which I believe may concern a very large number of documents, and reducing the time-period.
My request is now reformulated so as to concern only:
- exchanges between Secretariat General of the European Commission and one member state in relation to one specific project;
- exchanges between Secretariat General of the European Commission and the European Court of Auditors in relation to one specific project;
- exchanges between Secretariat General of the European Commission and one third-party.
I believe my request can now be handled within the time limit provided by Regulation 1049/2001.
