Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

In the framework of the Court of Auditor’s 2017 Special Report “Performance review of
case management at the Court of Justice of the European Union” (here CJEU), especially §§ 80-85, the present documents are requested covering the period 01/01/2018 – 31/08/2022 :

• Any document explaining or establishing the CJEU ICT management regime
• Any programme of action
• Any evaluation of the efficiency of CJEU ICT instruments
• Any audit report (internal or external) covering CJEU ICT performance
• All tenders, published or not, for an ICT contract above 100.000 euros
• All concluded ICT contracts above 100.000 euros
• All decisions motivating the conclusion of these contracts
• Any communication to the European Parliament commenting the CJEU ICT performance and/or a special ICT connected budget request
• Any communication to the European Commission commenting the CJEU ICT performance and/or a special ICT connected budget request
• Any document explaining the objectives, functioning and/or costs of SIGA
