under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
The TRIS notification message concerning the planned new law in Germany, called "Act introducing a storage obligation and a maximum retention period for traffic data", that the EC wrote, adressed at the German Ministry of Justice (Bundesministerium der Justiz und für Verbraucherschutz, Referat R B 3, Mohrenstrasse 37, 10117 Berlin).
I am requesting the document, mentioned as "Mängelliste" in the following german newspaper online article:

Der Inhalt des Dokuments, um dessen Zusendung ich mittels dieser Anfrage bitte, wurde bereits am 15.9.2015 veröffentlicht:

Aus meiner Sicht ist es nicht nachvollziehbar, warum trotz bereits erfolgter Veröffentlichung das Dokument nicht zugänglich gemacht wird.
Des weiteren ist die Stillhaltefrist laut eigener Veröffentlichung

bereits am 6.10.2015 abgelaufen.

Das passt also nicht zusammen!
Entweder wird die Stillhaltefrist verlängert, oder aber das Dokument muss mir zugänglich gemacht werden.
Schließlich bin ich der englischen Sprach noch viel weniger mächtig als meiner eigenen Muttersprache, der deutschen.
Ich bitte deswegen um eine Übersetzung der Ablehnung ins Deutsche und behalte mir vor, mit Eingang dieser Übersetzung die Frist von 15 Tagen neu beginnen zu lassen, um evtl. diesen Widerspruch zu ergänzen oder zu erweitern.
Bitte senden Sie mir auch alle zukünftigen Rückmeldungen in dieser Sache in deutscher Sprache zu.
