Dear European Agency for the Management of Operational Cooperation at the External Borders (FRONTEX),
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
all documents, including but not limited to letters and e-mails, sent to Frontex by the government of Italy or Italian administrations pertaining to the Mare Nostrum operation, including but not limited to requests for assistance, as well as any reply made by the Agency or another European institutions to these documents.
