Dear Madams & Sirs,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) all reports (and other notes) from meetings between Martin Selmayr (now Secretary General, before Head of Cabinet of Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker) and representatives of car companies such as Volkswagen, Daimler, BMW, Ford, Volvo and Toyota and car industry associations such as the German Association of the Automotive Industry (Verband der Automobilindustrie - VDA) and the European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA), in which Dieselgate/ emission cheating software, CO2 targets for cars and EU air quality standards were discussed (in 2016);

2) all correspondence (including emails) between Martin Selmayr (now Secretary General, before Head of Cabinet of Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker) and representatives of car companies such as Volkswagen, Daimler, BMW, Ford, Volvo and Toyota and car industry associations such as the German Association of the Automotive Industry (Verband der Automobilindustrie - VDA) and the European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA), in which Dieselgate/ emission cheating software, CO2 targets for cars and EU air quality standards were discussed (in 2016);

4) all correspondence (including emails) between Martin Selmayr and the German Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (including its former Minister, Alexander Dobrindt), in which Dieselgate/ emission cheating software, CO2 targets for cars and EU air quality standards were discussed (in 2016).

Under the Code of Good Administrative Behaviour, I would also like to request a list of all the above-mentioned documents (including dates, names of participants/senders/recipients and their affiliation, subject of meeting/correspondence).
