Maternity payment in Ireland
Dear European Parliament,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information: I'm pregnant, the date due is 28th. September.I live in Northern Ireland and work in Ireland,so I applied for maternity in Ireland but I work in Ireland since 20th. March so I have no 39 week's work in Ireland and the social ministry needs 3 months to take desigion about my maternity. So 3 months I have no money...I worked in N.Ireland 10 weeks and 5 years in Bulgaria before that...All my live I pay all taxes...but no I have to wait 3 months for maternity payment!?!?
Yours faithfully,
Svetoslava Marinova
