Hello Mr Tomas Rudl,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on (19/10/2022) under case number (2022/5948).

we need to extend this time limit by 15 additional working days. The new

Dear Sir or Madam,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Meeting between Bouygues Europe and Penelope Papandropoulos, Werner Stengg, Kim Jorgensen'.
In particular I'm asking you to review the redacted passage in the text of document 2.2 (Meeting Bouyges Telecom - Steering brief_Redacted) on page 1 and 2. The OTT fair contribution issue has been debated quite publicly – and notably, there are no grave redactions in the document "3. Ares(2022)4354387_Note of Conference Call between Kim Jorgensen and Federation francaise des telecoms 10 June 22_Redacted".
I strongly believe it's in the public interest to be informed about all arguments and considerations regarding this topic.
A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/meeti...
Yours faithfully,
Tomas Rudl
