I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready, and I would be pleased to receive an initial list of all documents as soon as possible.

Dear Mrs Verheecke,
We refer to your e-mail dated 19/11/2020 in which you make a request for
access to documents, registered under the above-mentioned reference
number Gestdem 2020/7267.
Your application is currently being handled by our services. However, we
will not be in a position to complete the handling of your application
within the time limit of 15 working days which expires today, i.e.
An extension of time is necessary as your application concerns documents
held by different services, which must be consulted. In particular, you
request documents that concerns correspondence between a member of the
Commissioner’s Cabinet and lobbies. Also, COVID’19 outbreak and the
current crisis management in the Commission services undoubtedly has an
impact on the process of handling access to documents requests under
Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit by 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 15/01/2020.
We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
