Dear Mr Rudl,
Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.
Our initial investigation seems to reveal that an administrative encoding
error occurred triggered by another request with an almost identical
internal reference number, combined with an internal reattribution process
of your request among Commission services. Your request bearing the number
2022/5878 has been closed in our IT system and, based on your email,
without sending out a reply to you. Please accept our sincere apologies
for this mistake and the inconvenience that you experienced. We are trying
to sort out the problem as a matter of urgency and will come back to you.
Thank you for your understanding.
Yours faithfully,
SG D Secretariat
