All documentation (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, recordings and minutes/notes) relating to the meeting listed below:

1. Between EDF and Aleksandra Tomczak, member of Timmermans' cabinet, on the 14th January 2021

2. Between Royal DSM and Lukas Visek and Aleksandra Tomczak, members of Timmermans' cabinet on the 13th January 2021

I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready, and I would be pleased to receive an initial list of all documents as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully,

Venetia Roxburgh

Dear Madam,

Thank you for your e-mail of 3 February 2021. We hereby acknowledge
receipt of your application for access to documents, which was registered
on 4 February 2021 under reference number GESTDEM 2021/0572.

In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to
European Parliament, Council and Commission documents, your application

The time limit will expire on 25 February 2021. In case this time limit
needs to be extended, you will be informed in due course.

You have lodged your application via a private third-party website, which
has no link with any institution of the European Union.

Therefore, the European Commission cannot be held accountable for any
technical issues or problems linked to the use of this system.

Please note that the private third party running the AsktheEU.org website

We understand that the third party running the AsktheEU.org website
usually publishes the content of applicants’ correspondence with the

Dear Ms Roxburgh,

I refer to your request dated 04/02/2021, registered on 04/02/2021, in
