2) A list of all the people present at the meeting and their roles.

We refer to your access to documents requested, registered on 27/02/2019
under the above mentioned reference number.


Your application is currently being handled, the documents have been
identified and assessed and the final reply is in preparation. However, we
are not in a position to complete the handling of your application within
the time limit of 15 working days, which expires today.


Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
