Dear Public Access To Documents Mailbox,

The meeting/workshop is referenced on page 22 of the Frontex Flexible Operational Activities in Return 2019 Report:

“EASO with Frontex as co-chair, organised a first workshop on 7 and 8 October 2019 with and for stakeholders in the asylum and return domain to discuss the concepts of subsequent and let minute asylum applications, develop common recommendations and further strengthen the cooperation with MS in this field. A follow-up of this workshop will be organised by Frontex in Q3/4 2020 and will be dedicated to the operational challenges and innovative ideas to improve the process of return. During this follow-up workshop, adequate solutions should be discussed to reduce the number of cancellations of return operations due to subsequent and last minute asylum applications.

Another important pillar in the cooperation between EASO and ECRet are the agreements made in reegard to the Information and Documentation System (IDS)... ECRet is collaborating with EASO to deliver factual information about the return procedures per country. Two dedicated meetings with MS in regards to the IDS pilot were organized on 26 March 2019 and on 17 June 2019.”

I request documentation of all meetings mentioned above, including the subsequent workshop planned by Frontex in Q3/4 2020 if this took place.

Yours sincerely,

Kelly Bescherer
