Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documentation, including but not limited to, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or summarising, the following meetings of Commissioner Frans Timmermans and DG CLIMA and their cabinet with multiple organisations.

1. Meeting with Tesla Motors Netherlands B.V. (Tesla) on the 17/02/2021 on CO2 standards cars
2. Meeting with CMA CGM on the 20/10/2020 on The European Green Deal and forthcoming proposals relating to maritime transport
3. Meeting with Volkswagen AG on the 05/07/2021 on UpdateonthelatestactivitiesoftheEuropeanCEOAlliance
4. Meeting with GeneralElectricCompany(GE) on the 08/06/2021 to discuss Fitfor55

We refer to your request for access to documents dated 06 July 2021,
registered on 12 July 2021 under the above mentioned reference number.


We are not in a position to complete the handling of your application
within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires on 03 August 2021.
