Dear Madam/Sir,

Referring to Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 on public access to EU documents and to the 'Aarhus Regulation', I would herewith like to ask for access to the following:

1. all correspondence (including email) between the European Parliament, in particular the Secretary General and their cabinet, and the Bureau, and representatives from the European Energy Forum.

2. list of meetings between the European Parliament, in particular the Secretary General and their cabinet, and the Bureau, and representatives from the European Energy Forum.

3. Minutes of the above mentioned meetings.

Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.

I reserve the right to appeal.

Please confirm having received this application. I look forward to your reply within 15 business days, according to the regulation.

Dear Ms Pastorelli,

 

With regard to your application for public access to documents regarding
all communications and meetings between the European Parliament, in
particular the Secretary-General and the Bureau, and representatives of
the European Energy Forum, as well as any minutes of such meetings,
Parliament has identified the following documents:

 

-          Invitation to the President of the European Parliament, with
annexes, dated 23 June 2010;

-          Invitation to the President of the European Parliament dated 7
November 2005; and

-          Response of the President of the European Parliament dated 14
December 2005.

 

Parliament has not identified any other documents as falling within the
scope of your application.

 

Please note that, since the relevant documents will be publicly available
on Parliament's Public Register of Documents, residual personal data have
been removed.

 

On this basis Parliament considers your request handled and the file
