Meetings and minutes with Perenco, Enel, Endesa and Glencore Xstrata in the last two years
Dear Energy (ENER),
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as
developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting:
- A list of all meetings between DG ENER and Perenco, Enel, Endesa
and Glencore Xstrata in the last two years (October 2012 - November
2014). This can include an individual from said company
representing an industry trade association.
- Minutes of all identified meetings.
- correspondence between DG ENER and said companies on the topics
of a) climate targets and policy tools to tackle them (particularly
carbon markets) b) the UN negotiations (specifically UNFCCC and
Rio+20) c) the 2030 Climate and Energy Package
Please ensure that correspondence is forwarded to me as soon as it
is found, rather than waiting to amass all of it before sending
together.

Dear Mr Sabido,
Your application for access to documents, registered under the above
mentioned reference number, is currently being handled. However, we will
not be in a position to complete the handling of your application within
the time limit of 15 working days, which expires on 21/10/2014.
An extended time limit is needed because of the complexity of the request.
