Dear Climate Action,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documentation (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, recordings and minutes/notes) relating to the meetings listed below:

1. Between Bayer AG and Lukas Visek, Cabinet member of Frans Timmermans on 27/10/2022

2. Between European Chemical Industry Council and Helena Braun, Cabinet member of Frans Timmermans on 22/09/2022

I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready, and I would be pleased to receive an initial list of all documents as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully,

Laura Döring
