Meetings between interest representatives and DG FISMA officials
Dear Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- a list of meetings between DG Fisma officials/representatives [1] and all interest representatives [2] between 1 November 2014 and today.
We would like the list to include the following information:
. Date of the meeting,
. Name and job title of the European Commission officials that were present (e.g. head of unit, etc.)
. Names of interest representatives (company/organisation name) present at the meeting,
. Names of the lobbyist(s) present,
. The sector they represented (business, NGOs, academia, think tanks as per categories of EU Transparency Register if they are registered),

[2] including companies, consultancies and law firms, trade/business/professional associations, think tanks and NGOs

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires today on 22/07/2016.
An extended time limit is needed as your application requires a
significant work in our Directorate-General.
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
