Meetings between SG and SAP SE
Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All documentation (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, recordings and minutes/notes) relating to the meetings listed below:
1. Between SAP and Frans Timmermans, Executive Vice-President on the 18th March 2021
2. Between SAP and Antoine Colombani and Stefanie Hiesinger, Cabinet members of Frans Timmermans on the 11th December 2020
3. Between SAP and Frans Timmermans, Executive Vice-President on the 1st October 2020
I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready, and I would be pleased to receive an initial list of all documents as soon as possible.
