Dear ve_sg.accessdoc (SG),

In your original acknowledgement of my request for information, you stated that you would aim to reply no later than the 16th July, barring a need for extension. As this date has now passed, and I have not had any notice from you to extend the deadline, do you have an update of when I am likely to receive a response? Thanks very much indeed for your time.

Yours sincerely,

Alex Cranston

Dear Mr Cranston,

I refer to your request dated 23/06/2021, registered on 25/06/2021, in
which you make a request for access to documents under the above mentioned
reference number. Your application is currently being handled. However, we
will not be in a position to complete the handling of your application
within the time limit of 15 working days, which expired on 16/07/2021.
An extended time limit is needed as the handling of your application could
not yet be completed at this stage. Therefore, we have to extend the time
limit with 15 working days in accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation
(EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents. The new time limit
expires on 09/08/2021.

I apologise for any inconvenience this delay may cause.

Yours sincerely,

European Commission

Dear SG UNITE D-2,

Thank you very much for your response. Respectfully, is this all the documentation that you have on file that falls within the scope of my request? It seems exceptionally limited. Were no minutes taken at the meeting? Alternatively, is there no read-out of the meeting summarizing the points discussed?

Yours sincerely,

Alex Cranston
