Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All documentation, including but not limited to attendance lists, agendas, background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or summarising, the following meetings:
1. Between Shell and Executive Vice president Frans Timmermans on the 23/01/2020.
2. Between Eni S.p.A and member of Frans Timmermans' Cabinet, Diederik Samsom on 19/02/2020.
3. Between Royal Schipol Group, Heathrow Airport Holdings Limited, Neste Oyj, Shell Companies & World Economic Forum and member of Frans Timmermans' Cabinet, Diederik Samsom on 05/02/2020.
4. Between Eurogas and member of Frans Timmermans' Cabinet, Aleksandra Tomczak on 21/01/2020.
5. Between Eni S.p.A and member of Frans Timmermans' Cabinet, Riccardo Maggi on 13/12/2019.

Dear Ms Holder,
l refer to your request dated 13 March 2020 registered on 16 March 2020,
in which you make a request for access to documents under the above
mentioned reference number.
Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which
expires on 6 April.
An extended time limit is needed as the handling of your application could
not yet be completed at this stage.
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The
new time limit expires on 30 April 2020
